Unit Assistant for Consulting Assignment

We are looking for an engaged and meticulous unit assistant for a consulting assignment. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth administrative and support-related functions to assist managers and employees in their daily work. About the Position

As a unit assistant, you will have a broad role that encompasses several different areas of responsibility, including:

• Administering powers of attorney, delegations, and approval rights (eSign).
• Supporting managers with applications for employee access to various systems such as SAP and local access to Teams and SharePoint.
• Registering and maintaining access rights to customer pages and industrial systems (SSG Entré and ID06).
• Responsible for purchasing and receiving non-project-related materials such as work clothes, office supplies, and external training.
• Reviewing and allocating costs to the correct cost centers and approving invoices for materials and services.
• Registering suppliers in databases such as S/4 HANA and Ariba.
• Ordering IT equipment for new employees and external consultants.
• Administering groups in Outlook and Teams to ensure that the right people are included in relevant groups.
• Maintaining folder structures and documentation on the server to ensure access to relevant information.
• Managing shared infrastructure, such as access cards and parking permits for employees and visitors.
• Being the contact person for site-specific projects, improvements, and fault reports, including property and IS/IT-related issues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in similar tasks
• Has experience working with administrative systems including SAP
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is structured, meticulous, and flexible.
• Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Can write and speak Swedish and English fluently.
