Job Description

As an HR Specialist – Compensation & Performance Partner, you will support the implementation of HR strategy within a specific functional area in Europe, aligning with Group directives. You will represent regional needs to the global Performance & Reward function and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Services to ensure seamless support for the business.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive and contribute to Compensation & Performance strategy across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the Baltics, ensuring alignment with Group policies and best practices.
• Manage and oversee compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company philosophy and legal requirements while optimizing talent attraction and retention.
• Implement and maintain total rewards processes in accordance with company guidelines.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address current challenges through improved HR policies and processes.
• Monitor market trends in total rewards and recommend consistent, competitive solutions.
• Develop and execute country- and region-specific programs in consultation with global Expert Services, sharing best practices where relevant.
• Act as a key contact for Group Expert Services, providing feedback on implementation and supporting design projects.
• Lead compensation-related projects, such as Workday implementation, as assigned by the local HR Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Operational HR Services (GBS) to enhance support and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and financial plans, managing exceptions and escalating as necessary.

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree within relevant area.
• You have several years of experience working within HR and Compensation.
• You have advanced Microsoft Excel- and HRIS skills (e.g. SAP/ Workday).
• You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
• Experience in working in a global organization is preferred.

Admission and Application

Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2025-06-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-06-01 with possibility of extension.
