Continuum provides care and support throughout Västerås. Our offices are located in Bäckby, Hälla, and Vallby.

All our operations are characterized by personal meetings where the service is tailored to the individual's conditions and wishes. We constantly strive to be a professional and trustworthy provider to our customers.

In the role of coordinator, you will be responsible for daily planning and be the first line of contact with customers, relatives, and case managers. You will also be responsible for scheduling in collaboration with the unit manager. For this role, it is required that you have a good understanding of operations, and it is therefore a requirement that you have previous experience working in home care/care or similar.

The role of coordinator requires that you are a structured, stress-resistant person who enjoys juggling many tasks. You will work closely with the unit manager, but your work will be independent, so it is important that you are responsible and organized. You enjoy solving problems, providing good service, and building good relationships with both staff and customers.

The position is a temporary role but may transition into a permanent position.

Employment level and start date by agreement.

Requirements:

Driver's license B

Previous experience as a coordinator in home care or similar.
