In Sala, we are a cheerful team with mixed skills and experiences. Our nice and modern office is located in Foajé Business Club where we, in addition to a lovely environment, have access to a gym. About the job

This position is aimed at those who have good experience in accounting and consulting.

It is important that you have an interest in working with small and medium-sized enterprises, but above all with the people in and around the companies. At Fyrklövern, you work closely with the customers and their finances; they turn to you when they need advice. Of course, you are attentive to the customer's needs – even when the customer does not see them themselves. We have a well-functioning collaboration between our offices where all the expertise within the company benefits both colleagues and customers.

Who are you?

You work independently with the entire chain from bookkeeping to year-end closing, tax returns, and consulting for limited companies and sole proprietors. We see that you have at least a few years of experience in independent financial work and consulting with your own customer responsibility - preferably from an accounting firm. You thrive in the role of customer manager and are confident in customer meetings. You are motivated by a role focused on customer relationships. We would like you to have experience in accounting and consulting within the green sector – perhaps you are an agronomist or land manager or have gained experience from the industry in another way. You are a proficient user of Excel and accounting and year-end closing programs.

To thrive at Fyrklövern, you should be positive, cheerful, and solution-oriented. You enjoy communicating with others around you, and you feel good about sharing your knowledge and learning from others. If you are down-to-earth and unpretentious, you will enjoy working with your new colleagues. With your sense of responsibility and driven approach, the desire to achieve goals within set deadlines, and the curiosity to take on challenges, you will recognize yourself in the work environment.

Based on your genuine interest in the work, you are always keen to create trusting and long-term relationships with your customers and colleagues. Fyrklövern believes in soft values and places great importance on your personal qualities.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and see yourself as a good user of various IT systems. Since the position may involve travel to our other offices, customers, and partners, a driver's license is an advantage.
