We are a cheerful team in Sala!

In Sala, we are a cheerful team with mixed skills and experiences. Our nice and modern office is located in Foajé Business Club where we, in addition to a lovely environment, have access to a gym.

About the job

This position is for you who have at least a few years of experience in ongoing accounting and reconciliations. You enjoy interacting with customers and plan the work together with them. We place greater emphasis on the knowledge you have about accounting than on your ability to use a specific program – if you have experience with various systems, we see it as an asset.

Who are you?

You work independently and systematically with bookkeeping, supplier payments, invoicing, reporting to authorities, and other economic administration tasks that our clients need help with. You have the ability to plan your workdays to meet deadlines. We expect you to enjoy meeting people as the job involves a lot of contact with clients and colleagues, both in the office, on-site with clients, and digitally. You are motivated by a role focused on customer relationships, and with your knowledge and engagement, you understand the client's needs. If you are used to working in an agency environment with clients from various industries, that is a plus.

To thrive at Fyrklövern, you should be positive, cheerful, and solution-oriented. You enjoy communicating with those around you and feel good about sharing your knowledge and learning from others. If you are down-to-earth and unpretentious, you will fit in well with your new colleagues. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and see yourself as a good user of various IT systems. Since the position may involve travel to our other offices, clients, and partners, a driver's license is an asset.
