Training adults in service and customer interaction could be your next challenge! By delivering training procured by the Employment Service, we aim to help more people find meaningful employment in professions related to sales and service.

Purpose of the Training

The purpose is to provide participants with a fundamental education that imparts knowledge in the areas of service & customer interaction as well as communication.

Target Group

Job seekers who will work in professions where it is important to provide good service.

We are now looking for someone with at least a couple of years of experience teaching adults in the relevant training area; sales service, customer interaction, and communication. We also see that you need to have personal experience in the service profession and a solid toolbox to draw from your own experiences to create a learning atmosphere around the topics covered in each module.

Your Main Assignment

Your main assignment will be to be responsible for the implementation of training initiatives in the areas below:

• Service & customer interaction competence, e.g. Personality and service, Quality service, Service, customer interaction and hospitality, Customer interaction and customer relationships, Cultural aspects of service
• Communication competence with e.g. components such as verbal, written, digital communication, social media, etc.
• Sales competence, e.g. Sales and customer behavior, Sales techniques and Cultural differences in sales techniques
• Sustainability competence, e.g.: laws and regulations in labor law and work environment, Ergonomics, discrimination issues and gender equality related to working life, Environmental and environmental management systems, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000)
• Office package, Social media and search engines

Training Setup

The training mainly takes place in our premises but can also, in some cases, occur via digital forums.

To succeed in your assignment, we believe you need to have a broad bank of experience in service and trade and thus access to a solid toolbox to draw your pedagogical examples and recommendations from. The training includes both theoretical and practical elements that should be alternated appropriately based on the individual's knowledge needs.

At Jobfind, we work in teams, and you will have colleagues around you as sounding boards and support. You will also work together with our Training Leader and Quality Manager to ensure that we conduct a training initiative through our internal processes that we are proud of!

Basic Competence Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience teaching adults in the relevant training area
• Personal experience working in trade, service, and sales

Employment Conditions

• Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
• Scope: full-time/part-time with the possibility of remote work
• Individual salary setting and benefits such as a bonus system apply
