About the Position

Are you a person with the ability to coordinate, organize, and create structure in what you do? For upcoming consulting assignments, we are looking for someone who enjoys working administratively and assisting organizations with good service throughout Östergötland!

We are constantly seeking new talents who want to explore new challenges in the workplace. The assignments vary in scope, duration, and start date. Your Main Responsibilities

In roles as an administrator and customer service representative, your tasks will vary depending on the assignment. Common tasks include:

• Personnel administration
• Responsible for phone and meeting bookings
• Order management and purchasing
• Formulating minutes and documentation
• Operational support for the business
• Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reception duties
• Answering questions and maintaining an active dialogue with customers

In your expression of interest, it is appreciated if you clarify which systems you have experience with, such as Agresso, Visma, Office, etc.

It is valuable for us if you also indicate whether you are looking for part-time and/or full-time assignments and which location you are interested in working from.
