We are looking for a new colleague to join our fantastic team at Iris Women's Unit Ryfors.

The assignment and your role

Our organization is currently seeking a conversation therapist, where you will be part of a team of three, responsible for overall coordination and conversation treatment for our clients.

We offer a fun and meaningful job where you can use many of your different skills and make a real difference in people's lives.

You will be responsible for conversation treatment both in groups and individually. Your role also includes ongoing contacts with clients, risk assessments, matching, reports, and continuous documentation. Since everyone in the organization works together as a team, we also share responsibility for other aspects of treatment and living environment.

Your profile and background

We are looking for someone who is a trained psychologist, social worker, nurse, or another equivalent higher education assessed by us with a behavioral science focus. Further training in CBT Step 1 is desirable, and training in trauma, such as TMO, PE, EMDR, and domestic violence is meritorious. We would also like you to have previous experience working with the target group.

You have the ability to create safety. You are attentive, client-focused, and engaged. You participate in the ongoing development of our organization in a natural way and can work both independently and in a team.

About us

Iris Ryfors is a specialized treatment unit for women with concurrent dependency issues and mental health problems where there is a need for targeted interventions to meet and treat symptoms of trauma and PTSD. We have 13 treatment places, and our operations are located in peaceful and scenic surroundings just outside Mullsjö.

Iris Development Center AB was founded in 1986 and is an employee-owned healthcare company that currently has operations in Enköping, Simtuna, Hestra, Mullsjö, Ryfors, and Stockholm. We have always invested in knowledge and continue to develop our operations to meet new and old needs in our target group.
