As a night nurse with us, you will be an important part of our team and work closely with nursing staff. You will have a varied role where you move across the entire municipality, both within ordinary and special housing. In our smaller municipality, we have short decision-making paths and close cooperation between different professions, which creates good conditions for effective and safe care.

Job Responsibilities

As a night nurse with us, you have an important and varied role where you perform interventions based on individual needs and the best interests of the patient. You play a central role in:

Providing advanced home care to the seriously ill
Making medical assessments and managing medications
Providing support and advice to other professionals around the patient
Collaborating with other care providers
Planning, documenting, and following up on care interventions

As a working nurse at night, you have a supervisory responsibility for nursing staff in special housing and in the night patrol to provide safe and secure care to the patient. If you are attracted to flexible shifts with great personal responsibility and varied assignments with the patient in focus, you are the right person for the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in district care, elderly care, or psychiatry. Experience in home care and elderly care is an advantage but not a requirement.

You are an engaged team player who wants to help develop Aneby Municipality's home care together with your colleagues. With your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize, you contribute to safe and effective care. In your work, you have many points of contact, and we value your ability to build good relationships and collaborate with other professionals. You are attentive and trustworthy in your interactions with patients. We see a positive and respectful view of people as a given.

Upon employment, we will check citizenship or residence/work permits, licenses, and other relevant documents, as well as references from previous employers.
