JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to help develop dementia care in Eksjö? We are now looking for a licensed nurse with specialist training in dementia who wants to join our multiprofessional team. You will be involved in planning for the opening of our new facility for cognitive diseases, which is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2027.

You will work operationally in dementia care and, in collaboration with our dementia coordinator, participate in development work in dementia issues. You will mentor and educate staff. You will participate in the development of the work with the BPSD registry. You will be part of a dementia network and collaborate both internally and externally. Furthermore, you should keep yourself updated with knowledge development and science in dementia and care issues and spread this within the social sector. You will work daytime, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with specialist training in dementia. We would prefer that you are a certified trainer in BPSD.
