Summer Interns for the Health and Medical Care Department in Nässjö Municipality

The Health and Medical Care Department in Nässjö Municipality is now seeking summer interns for our operations. In our unit, there are many professionals who collaborate to provide health and medical care based on the individual needs of the patient. The colleagues in the department work as specialist nurses, nurses, specialist nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants. Together, we work to provide our patients with the care they need, when they need it, and where they need it.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nursing assistant/nursing student in Nässjö Municipality, you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for providing high-quality health and medical care. You perform your work independently and in close collaboration with a nurse. Job responsibilities may include sampling, wound dressing, catheter management, and support for the individual or their relatives. You also work daily with documentation in our operational system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is studying to become a nurse and has completed all components of semester 4 and wants to work with us in the Health and Medical Care Department. We are also looking for someone who is a qualified specialist nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with geriatrics, palliative care, elderly care, or home healthcare.

Important qualities we value in you include the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team and sharing your knowledge and experience. You are attentive and meet patients, relatives, and colleagues in a positive manner. Additionally, you are flexible, responsible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to changes in operations while actively contributing to its development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driver's license is a requirement.
