We are looking for someone who has the ability to address each individual's needs and who, with service and care, has the ambition to build long-term relationships with our customers.

About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Loket, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at Apoteket, you can develop in roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager?

Apoteket Loket is part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket in Vetlanda, and we support each other in staffing. Some work may therefore take place in Vetlanda.

Your main areas of responsibility

  • Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
  • Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
  • Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
  • Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

  • You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
  • You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
  • You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
  • You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
  • You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
