The Role of Team Nurse

With us, you will have a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and backgrounds. All with varying degrees of need, where we believe everyone should receive care of equal and good quality. As a nurse, you are part of a team with several colleagues who work closely together. The workgroup is a mix of older experienced staff and younger curious ones, creating a stimulating workplace.

The main task as a team nurse is to support and coach employees in a knowledge-based approach. The role also includes planning and conducting targeted training assignments, leading reflection sessions, and being proactive in development work and supporting various medical processes. The role includes having a coordination responsibility for the introduction of newly hired nurses.

In collaboration with unit managers, you as a team nurse will have responsibilities in various areas. You will be part of a workgroup that values openness and a positive spirit. We are a friendly and experienced team that helps and supports each other in daily work.

Your Future Workplace

The Medical and Geriatric Clinic at Högland Hospital in Eksjö is a developing operation where we care for patients in need of specialized medical and geriatric care. The clinic has a history of innovative, systematic, and evidence-based quality work with a strong patient focus. Since 2014, the clinic's management system has been certified according to ISO 9001:2014.

Being ISO-certified is something we are all very proud of. This simply means that we have order and structure in our operations. It creates good conditions for us working at the clinic to know what, when, and how. It contributes to our processes being quality assured so that patients receive good and safe care.

Your Profile

We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with at least 4 years of experience, preferably with specialized competence who wants to work with us at Medical Care Unit G at Högland Hospital in Eksjö.

As a person, you are independent, professional, and cooperative. You are flexible, creative, and solution-oriented.

As a nurse with us, it is important that you enjoy working in a team. You find it easy to collaborate with different types of professions. You are confident, stable, and have a holistic view. You plan and prioritize your work effectively. You have an openness to improvements and want to contribute new thoughts and ideas to our joint development. You communicate clearly and concisely.

The position we are now offering is a permanent full-time employment as a nurse with the role of team nurse for one year with the possibility of extension, starting according to agreement, but we would like you to start as soon as possible.
