About the role

Do you want to be part of an engaged team in a stable and developing work environment? At Pharmacy Ekorren in Bankeryd, you will have the chance to work closely with the healthcare center and our sister pharmacy Lärkan in Habo. We are a pharmacy group with strong cohesion where we support each other and share a common responsibility for medications.

This summer, Pharmacy Ekorren will undergo renovations, and in the fall, we will welcome both customers and employees to a state-of-the-art, pleasant, and fresh location. Here, you will meet a stable customer base with many regular customers and close collaboration with the healthcare center Bra Liv Bankeryd, nursing homes, and patients requiring medication management. We also engage outside the counter through sales activities, member days, and lectures, for example, at the open preschool.

Our team consists of four pharmacists and one technician. With four counters, including a checkout, we offer smooth and customer-focused service while maintaining a positive and helpful work environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop and contribute to our team, either through product responsibility, medication management, or by being active in sales activities and collaborations. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us achieve success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
