About the Role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Lejonet, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Vetlanda is a thriving small town close to nature, but it also offers all the conveniences of city life. Apoteket Lejonet is a medium-sized pharmacy centrally located near shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. We have a steady stream of all kinds of pleasant customers with diverse concerns and questions. We also handle local healthcare orders. We welcome you to a team consisting of four pharmacists and two technicians, plus a manager.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us succeed in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
