JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference in the daily lives of our residents in assisted living? We are currently seeking nursing assistants to Tegnérhuset in Vetlanda, where several of our colleagues are on parental or study leave.

Tegnérhuset is one of Vetlanda municipality's newest nursing homes, completed in 2021. The residence is centrally located in Vetlanda and is connected to Tomasgården. In the same building, there is also the preschool Vildvinet, which provides opportunities for wonderful interactions between generations.

Tegnérhuset has four departments with nine apartments each, spread over two floors. The facilities are bright and modern, and we have plenty of common areas for activities and social interaction. We work together across departments and in close collaboration with Tomasgården.

As a nursing assistant, you will work with everything related to our elderly residents' daily lives - personal care, social support, meals, and activities. We have organized activities with the support of activity staff, where we bake, play bingo, read, sing, and do gymnastics.

In elderly care in Vetlanda municipality, we work for Esther's best - always focusing on the resident and how we can strengthen their safety and independence.

Four positions involve work during the day, evening, and weekends. These are 80 percent, with the possibility to increase working hours with flexible time. One position involves night work and is at 100 percent.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant.
Experience from similar work is an advantage.
We emphasize personal qualities.
