The Role of ST Doctor

We are looking for a resident doctor in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the working hours can be discussed according to your wishes. Start date by agreement.

For those who are going to do basic training (BT) at the beginning of your residency, a temporary position may initially be relevant with the aim of transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed your internship (AT), we can offer you a permanent position as a resident doctor. RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace. Your Future Workplace

We work with the entire primary care assignment, and your work will therefore be varied with the breadth and variation of general medicine. Collaboration is important to us, and we value teamwork. Child health care is in our area, and we also have close cooperation with the municipality's home care and special housing.

We are constantly working on development initiatives aimed at providing safe and secure care for our patients, but also to make visible the resources we have and manage them in the best possible way. We share duties at the primary care's common emergency service during evenings and weekends with other health centers in the area.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has a driver's license.
• Can work independently but also together with various professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us.
• Is open to new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment.

As a resident doctor, your residency planning is done in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. With us, you will receive continuous guidance from experienced district doctors. Resident doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. Hälsans vårdcentral 1 is part of the Bra Liv Health Centers group. Hälsan 1 is centrally located in the western part of Jönköping and is one of the larger health centers in the county with over 12,400 registered patients and around forty employees from various professions. We work on continuous improvements to ensure that Hälsans vårdcentral 1 remains an attractive health center for both patients and employees.
