As a summer substitute in Sävsjö Municipality, you will have an important role supporting users in their daily lives, which may involve various service interventions, assistance with personal needs, social support, and other tasks that facilitate everyday life. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible and easily adapt to different situations as needs may vary from day to day or between operations.

You will work in a team or independently depending on the workplace's setup, but always with the support of colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to make a significant contribution to other people in the municipality. You dare to take initiative and are driven. You are confident in yourself and want to learn new skills. You have a good attitude towards both colleagues and users, which is fundamental for all care and support work.

If you have education in care and support, we consider it an asset, as well as practical experience in the field.

Furthermore, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This is necessary for communicating with users and colleagues, and for documenting in our journal system.

A driver's license is a requirement for the job.
