Two of our fantastic nurses are retiring, and we are looking for someone to take over.

Aneby municipality is located in the Småland highlands with just under 7,000 inhabitants. As a working nurse during evenings and weekends, you will have a leadership responsibility for care staff in special housing and in patrol to provide safe and secure care for the patient.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work with home care in both ordinary and special housing, where you have an important and varied role. You are responsible for planning and executing care interventions based on individual needs and the patient's best interest while collaborating with other professionals.

Your role includes:

Providing advanced care at home or in special housing for the severely ill
Making medical assessments and managing medications
Providing support and advice to other professionals around the patient
Collaborating with other care providers
Planning, documenting, and following up on care interventions
Maintaining good contact with relatives and creating security for the patient

Working as a nurse requires both determination and analytical thinking. If you are attracted to a job with significant responsibility and varied tasks with the patient in focus, you are the right person for the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Specialist training in district, geriatrics, or psychiatry is advantageous but not required. Previous experience in home care and elderly care is also advantageous but not required.

You are an engaged team player who wants to help develop Aneby municipality's home care together with your colleagues. With your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize, you contribute to safe and effective care. In your work, you have many points of contact, and we value your ability to build good relationships and collaborate with other professionals. You are responsive and trustworthy in your interactions with patients. We see a positive and respectful view of humanity as self-evident.

Upon employment, we will check citizenship or residence/work permits, licenses, and other relevant documents, as well as references from previous employers. A valid driver's license (B) is required as the position involves travel. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
