The Role of Occupational Therapist

In the role of an occupational therapist, you will work with patients in the medicine and geriatric fields. You will primarily meet patients in inpatient care, with some outpatient services possible.

Common tasks in inpatient care include ADL assessments, activity assessments, assistive device evaluations, cognitive assessments, patient information, and communication with municipal services prior to discharge.

You will have occupational therapist colleagues close at hand and collaborate daily with other rehabilitation staff and medical personnel. Teamwork is a crucial foundation!

The position is a permanent full-time role with a start date to be agreed upon.

Approximately 250 employees work within the Rehabilitation Center across 11 areas with a cross-professional composition based on a person-centered approach.

Your Profile

You are a licensed occupational therapist.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are structured, collaborate well, and have a holistic view where the patient and their relatives are involved and central to your efforts. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have the ability to think person-centered. You are interested in developing and improving the operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
