About the role

As a pharmacist at Asecs Pharmacy, you will be offered a varied and developing everyday life, where you not only meet both prescription and shopping customers in a dynamic environment but also have the opportunity to take on extended responsibilities in areas such as inventory management or pharmacy leadership. Asecs Pharmacy, located in the popular shopping center Asecs in Jönköping, is one of the region's most successful pharmacies. With services such as express orders, home delivery, and participation in pilot projects, we are at the forefront and constantly developing our operations. Here, as a pharmacist, you have the opportunity to truly make a difference for our customers while contributing to our success.

We are a dedicated and close-knit team of nine employees – five pharmacists and four pharmacy technicians – who together create a positive and supportive work environment where both well-being and quality are in focus.

The pharmacy is part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Batterigatan, where we have a close and successful collaboration to meet customer needs in the best way. The position involves working every other weekend.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
