Do you want to work in a caring environment and make a difference in the lives of elderly people? We are now looking for a dedicated care assistant for our special accommodation Stensötan, which consists of two units with a total of 36 apartments.

We offer a stable and secure working environment with opportunities for further education and development. Stensötan has a central location and is close to public transport, which facilitates commuting.

Working hours: 4-week schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Completion of the care and nursing program or other education that provides care assistant competence, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Personal suitability is of great importance. Delegation of medication.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, the title of care assistant is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title.

You must have passing grades in Swedish.

Interviews will take place during the application period.
