Junior Lawyer at the Financial Supervisory Authority

About the job

In the role of junior lawyer at the Fund Licensing unit within the Capital Markets Law department, you will primarily handle licensing matters focusing on fund companies and managers of alternative investment funds. You will prepare cases together with your colleagues and ensure that the preparation is done efficiently, legally, and purposefully.

The work involves close collaboration with the supervisory unit responsible for overseeing fund companies and managers of alternative investment funds. The unit also collaborates closely with the department's unit that works on developing and implementing new regulations and guidelines as well as interventions regarding fund companies and managers of alternative investment funds.

Your education and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

a law degree/jur.kand.
excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

additional education in economics
experience in legal work, for example from the judiciary, the Government Offices, other authorities, law firms, or companies under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority
knowledge of current regulations in the fund or securities market.

The salary range for this position is 33,000–36,000 SEK/month.
