THE JOB ROLE

Are you a cheerful and helpful woman aged around 30-50 who would enjoy being part of my crafty and animal-rich life?

I am a small and petite girl living in Malmö. I was born with a muscle disease that significantly limits my physical abilities, so my electric wheelchair has become my faithful legs.

My daily interests include my small furry friends and being creative with various projects. I enjoy cozy home time (I have at least one series I follow with each assistant), but I also like shopping, coffee breaks, and being outside in nice weather.

Right now, I am looking for someone who is caring, positive, resourceful, and flexible; you have good morals and a bit of humor. Lifting is part of the job, and you will help me with everything in my daily life. Previous experience in care or assistant work is a plus.

The position is usually 75%, allowing for coverage of shifts that arise due to another assistant's illness or similar, as I need assistance around the clock. The schedule consists of both day and night shifts (sleeping watch). Some traveling may also be included.

During training, you will work side by side with one of my assistants until we both feel you are ready.

Requirements:

Non-smoker

No objections to seasonal vaccinations

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferences:

Experience (assistant or other care profession)

Driver's license

Night owl

Detail-oriented and attentive
