Childcare Workers and Preschool Teachers Wanted in Stockholm/Solna!

Are you interested in working with children's learning and development? Right now, we at StudentConsulting are looking for both qualified and unqualified childcare workers and preschool teachers for upcoming assignments at preschools in Stockholm/Solna!

If you are studying or have another job and want to work extra in preschool, this is a perfect opportunity for you. The employment form is flexible and gives you the chance to work at several different preschools as a substitute. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

As a substitute in preschool, you will:

• Care for and stimulate children's development and learning for ages 1–5 years.
• Create a safe, developing, and educational environment for the children.
• Participate in the pedagogical work and support the children's social and language development.

You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at various preschools within Stockholm/Solna.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who meets one of the following:

• Qualified preschool teacher with a degree according to the Regulation (2011:326) on qualifications and licenses for teachers and preschool teachers.
• Qualified childcare worker with a degree from the childcare program or the child and leisure program.
• You have started higher education as a preschool teacher or childcare worker, completed at least one internship period, and have documented experience from one of the roles.

We also prefer that you:

• Are flexible and can quickly get around the Stockholm area (driver's license and access to a car are advantageous).
• Have a genuine interest in pedagogical work.
• Are calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with children and adults.
• Find it easy to build relationships and instill trust.
• Communicate clearly and have good collaboration skills.
• Experience working in preschool is highly meritorious.
