To give you the best possible start in your role with us, we offer training as a substitute already during the spring. This gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our working methods and routines before the summer, so that you feel secure and prepared.

Your role includes collaborating to ensure good care and support, focusing on planning, following up, assessing, and taking action regarding health and medical care interventions. The nurse is a central part of the team around each individual and their relatives. With the resident of Hammarö in focus, we strive every day to improve our work, and we continuously work to enhance our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed nurse or other relevant education
• Driver's license B
• Experience in municipal care is an advantage, but experience from health centers is also a plus.

Start date according to agreement.
