We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Performance Partner
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Performance Partner who wants to drive the compensation and performance strategy in the Nordics and the Baltics. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to ensure competitive and fair reward structures.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a fair and competitive compensation and performance culture, while closely collaborating with the management team to ensure that the compensation strategy supports the overall goals of the business. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
You will also build and nurture long-term relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external stakeholders to ensure a strategic and effective management of compensation and rewards. With your analytical skills and advisory approach, you will contribute to attracting and retaining top talent and strengthening the organization’s competitiveness. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop HR processes within compensation and performance and contribute to the company's long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Manage and develop compensation programs according to the company's philosophy and legal requirements
- Implement total rewards processes and ensure policy compliance
- Analyze market trends to propose competitive solutions
- Develop and implement country/region-specific programs
- Lead local compensation initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Services (GBS) to optimize processes and service
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and budget goals
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a degree in a relevant field
- Several years of experience in a broad HR role
- Has communication skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
It is a merit if you have:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and HRIS (SAP/Workday)
- Experience working in a global environment with cultural understanding
- Expertise in compensation programs, HR strategy, and business needs
