Job Description

As a preschool assistant, you ensure that the daily operations at the preschool run smoothly and that care and educational work are the focus. Together with your colleagues at the preschool, you contribute to a developing and meaningful education for the group of children and for each child. We work in project form with an exploratory approach.

This position is a temporary role as a unit substitute during the spring, starting in March/April and lasting until June 19. As a unit substitute, you will work every day from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and will be placed at one of our five preschools. You will receive your placement the day before or on the same day.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a preschool assistant, who expresses themselves very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You should have a high school education in the care program, child and youth studies, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

As a person, you are driven, flexible, and responsible. Your focus on children is clear, and you have good collaboration skills. You need to have a positive attitude towards your work as well as towards the entire preschool and unit. You collaborate and communicate with children and colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner. You act in accordance with decisions made, the curriculum, goals, policies, and guidelines. You are calm, stable, and have the ability to focus on the right things.
