The Home Care Administration is responsible for the needs of elderly people regarding care, support, housing, and activities. The administration is one of the municipality's largest workplaces with about 2,200 employees. We are constantly striving for development and renewal within our area of operations. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a trained nursing assistant who is interested in a planning assignment at Gamletull home care.

The work as a nursing assistant primarily consists of working in daily care and support tasks where you perform approved services for the customers of the operation. The position includes evening and weekend shifts.

The planning assignment involves a needs-driven administrative role but also the execution of ongoing services. In the role of planner, you will collaborate with other professionals based on the customer's needs, such as nurses, rehabilitation teams, and case managers, among others. The assignment includes planning daily staffing and managing unplanned absences.

As a planner, you are responsible for planning the approved services for our customers in our planning tool. You will also use several other system tools.

As a planner, you actively participate in networks with other planners within home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

To support the operation, we are now looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and are also interested in the planning assignment in the unit. You have worked in home care and through your experiences understand what conditions are needed through planning. Previous experience in planning tasks is a requirement.

You have good computer skills and knowledge of systems such as Heroma and Intraphone. Knowledge and interest in operational economics and digitalization are desirable.

To thrive in the role of nursing assistant with planning assignments, you should be comfortable in a work environment with a sometimes high pace and be able to solve unplanned events with good structure and planning ability. You balance orderliness and the ability to see the whole with flexibility and humility.

As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you collaborate with and have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing and enjoy working in a role with many contact points.

You need to be able to cycle.
