JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for dedicated employees for our Safety Team that works with night home care and alarms throughout the municipality. With us, you will have the opportunity to create security and provide care to our users when they need it the most. The work is varied and involves meetings with people in different life situations, making each night unique and rewarding.

Your tasks include care and support in users' homes at night, including delegated medical tasks, support with personal hygiene, assistance with transfers, and responding to alarms. You are also responsible for documenting important events in our journal systems.

Working hours are scheduled for night shifts according to a roster. As an employee of Varberg Municipality, resource shifts are included, which means you may work in other departments beyond your primary placement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for those who are trained or in training to become nursing assistants. If you are fully trained, please include your professional license in your application.

You should have the ability to adapt to different situations and be flexible in your work to meet our users' changing needs. A crucial part of the job is being able to communicate clearly, so it is a requirement that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This is essential to ensure good care and documentation.

A driver's license is required.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.

If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES or Switzerland, you need to present your work permit and show your passport, national ID card, or personal certificate.
