Region Västerbotten conducts extensive primary care operations throughout Västerbotten County, meeting patients of all ages, both in urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and medical clinics, we are where you are. We actively work with research and development and utilize medical results to provide high-quality care where the patient is involved. Primary Care West is a base unit with four health centers in both urban and rural areas, distributed across four municipalities: Vindeln, Vännäs, Bjurholm, and Umeå. The health centers have close cooperation within the base unit. Good connections with local and regional transport facilitate commuting to, from, and between our units.

Bjurholm Health Center is located 60 km from Umeå and is characterized by experienced staff with very close contact between different professions. Our working method is primarily characterized by person-centered care and a fixed care contact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a curator with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel secure. You handle various degrees of mental health issues and make independent assessments, initiating and being responsible for treatment. You work closely with psychologists and curators within the base unit.

You are part of a team around the patient and actively contribute to collaboration between different professions at the Health Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience working as a curator in primary care. If you have further education as a health and medical care curator, that is a plus.

We seek someone who strengthens the healthy aspects of individuals, independently assesses, and, where appropriate, recommends further interventions or changes in care level.

You find it easy to prioritize and distribute responsibilities together with other professionals.
