The client is a young woman who has acquired massive brain injuries after a trauma. She has various cognitive and physical challenges. She lives in her own house just outside Umeå, close to nature.

Your task as a personal assistant is to help our client in her daily life. This includes everything from tube feeding and hygiene situations to play and training.

With this client, we always work with two assistants at the same time. The group consists of both girls and boys with different education and experience. What they have in common is that they work as a team to ensure that our client develops in the best possible way. We want you to do the same.

We are looking for you who have a strong work ethic, are reliable and flexible. You are a down-to-earth team player with a good sense of service. You are driven by development, problem-solving, and participation. We would like you to have experience in care work, ventilators, and PEG.

The position is a part-time employment where you work 1-3 shifts per week, mainly evenings and weekends, with the possibility of working more. To be considered for the position, you must be able to work up to full-time in the summer.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. It is important that you have good Swedish skills. For this position, we are looking for both women and men.
