We are currently looking for you who want to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Vilhelmina!

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the world's most important job.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: On-call employment

Scope: Varies according to needs

Start date: As soon as possible and ongoing during the summer

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
