ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our child client in Skellefteå. The position is a temporary sick leave from 30/4 to 25/5, approximately 75%. We are also looking for summer substitutes for weeks 25 and 29-33. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night - with some hours requiring double staffing.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an 11-year-old girl who enjoys video games, music, and dance. She likes to craft, paint, watch TV, and listen to stories. She also loves animals of all kinds and enjoys greeting dogs while out for walks. She has an electric wheelchair that she will practice driving herself when she is outside.

She cannot express herself verbally but shows her feelings clearly and makes various sounds. She has recently received a computer with eye control that will eventually help her communicate. The client has epilepsy, and medication is administered through PEG.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We want you to be an active and communicative woman between 20-50 years old who speaks fluent Swedish. Furthermore, we want you to be playful, passionate about and believe in rehabilitation, and be flexible and solution-oriented in challenging situations. The family always strives for her to participate and be included in everything, and it is important that you share the same goal.

It is important to be aware that this work can be mentally and physically demanding.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be tolerant and not afraid of cats, as there are cats in the home.
• The client prefers female assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working with children.
• Experience using various types of assistive devices.

Employment level: Temporary position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
