ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 25-30% for our client in Umeå.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 2:45 PM - 8:00 PM on weekdays
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekends

Start date is to be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a young man in his 20s with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He uses various aids, including communication devices, a wheelchair, and a lift. As a personal assistant, your tasks will include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and communication
• Being there for him during his daily activities and finding leisure activities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can be attentive to the needs of others. You should also be proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. We prefer that you are flexible, social, and have a good sense of humor, as personal suitability is highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in care or equivalent

Employment rate: 25-30%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
