About the assignment

Our client in Västerås is in need of several recruiters to start immediately and initially for 3 months. Work is conducted during office hours Monday to Friday from Västerås City Hall.

In the recruitment and employer branding unit, there are about 20 HR consultants, assistants, and specialists who work every day to meet the city's recruitment needs, both now and in the future. This is a consultancy assignment through us at Bemannia.

Your tasks

The assignment involves recruiting new employees for the city's health and social care administration. It primarily includes recruiting care staff, but also recruitment for other positions such as assistant or managerial roles may be relevant. You will work in a team and be responsible for requirement profiling, ad design, interviews, and reference checks.

In the process, several digital tools are used, such as video interviews and digital reference checks.

    Your qualifications

    • Post-secondary education or you have developed your expertise in staffing through work experience, for example in HR or the labor market area.
    • Taking initiative and being self-driven, you manage your recruitment processes with a focus on delivery and quality.
    • Good knowledge and experience of the various parts of the recruitment process and work experience in a service-oriented business where you have provided consultative support and had a strong customer focus.
    • To prioritize the most important tasks first, you are flexible but also secure and humble in the face of challenges. It is a plus if you are certified in tools for personality and skill tests.
    • Experience in recruiting within the municipal sector.
