Job Responsibilities

In this assignment, you will work with software development and testing in a demanding, safety-critical, and high-tech environment. The role includes, among other things:

• Developing, documenting, and testing new functionality in a complex system.
• Collaborating with other functional groups and systems engineers to deliver quality solutions.
• Participating in advanced testing where you will deepen your understanding of the systems' application areas and the end user's work environment.
• Contributing to improvements and innovative ideas both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• Solid experience in software development, including documentation and testing
• Good knowledge of:
• Pascal D80
• Unit testing
• DOORS
• Experience in leading and coaching teams in development projects
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Completed or approved security clearance required before starting

Desirable (Nice to have)

• Experience in HMI development
• Practical experience with complex systems in the defense or aerospace industry
• Understanding of end-user needs in safety-critical environments
