Responsibilities and Duties

As a project manager, you will strengthen the project team working to perform and deliver analyses to customers in the real estate and energy sectors. The role involves working consultatively with customers and in this work compiling, quality assuring, communicating, and explaining complex data in a pedagogical and engaging manner.

You will, among other things:

• Conduct standardized analyses of large amounts of data to build models that can be presented to customers
• Actively contribute to the company's overall digitization and development of delivery capability

You will be part of a tight-knit team where you will have the opportunity to use your strengths to complement the team and work in a broad role. You will help shape the role, and we hope you will actively contribute to automating our internal processes and data flows, as well as how our product integrates with our customers' other digital platforms.

Your Profile

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, and we believe that you are a relationship builder with good communication skills. We hope you have an interest in energy and sustainability issues and a natural customer focus. You should have an eye for detail and enjoy creating order and clarity in large data sets. Furthermore, we value that you are a team player and collaborate well with your colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you need at least a high school education, preferably a degree at the university level from an engineering program or Computer Science. You likely have several years of work experience as a project manager, consultant, or another customer-facing role, or a role that involves handling and analyzing large data sets. You have knowledge of processing larger data sets in Excel and good skills in both Swedish and English.

If you have previous experience in driving projects focused on automation and creating processes and routines, we consider that an advantage.
