Job Responsibilities

As a systems engineer, you will be part of a high-tech team at one of our clients in the defense sector. You will work on the development and improvement of advanced systems for combat aircraft, with a particular focus on identifying and managing threats through electronic defense systems. In this role, you will participate in the entire development process – from requirements specification and design to implementation and testing in both simulators and rigs. The work is conducted according to agile methods, where collaboration in cross-functional teams is a central part. Depending on your background and interests, you have the opportunity to specialize in systems, software, device, or hardware development.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• 3–8 years of experience in systems, software, device, or hardware development
• Experience with C++ or Pascal
• Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g., CLion, Git, and third-party programs)
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship)

Desirable (Nice to have)

• Experience with testing in simulators and rigs
• Knowledge of aviation technology and defense systems
