Support Technician Wanted at Centric

Centric is now looking for a support technician with at least 5 years of experience who has a genuine interest in service and enjoys helping customers with their IT problems through various channels. Our client in Linköping needs to strengthen their second line support with additional technicians. Do you have a burning interest in IT and technology as well as good pedagogical skills? Responsibilities

You will manage the operation and support of the client's systems. Here, together with your colleagues, you will work closely with customers on everything from large to small assignments. You and your team will be responsible for a specific group of recurring customers, retrieving, updating, and documenting information in the client's knowledge database. Together, your team will ensure that the services meet customer needs while constantly working to improve them.

Your Profile and Qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology and experience in support. As a person, you are responsible and driven with a professional demeanor. You enjoy working systematically and have a good technical understanding. You have experience working in a Service Desk and with the systems listed below. You are a stable and secure person with strong communication skills to constructively engage in dialogue with customers and colleagues, and you work well within a team.

Experience Requirements

• Systematic troubleshooting
• Experience working in ticket management systems
• At least 2 years of experience in end-user support
• Microsoft environment
• Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, databases, etc.
• Documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

As this role may be subject to security classification, there may be a requirement for Swedish citizenship.
