Your Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical systems engineer with experience in safety-critical systems. In this role, you will work with complex technical systems, system architecture, and requirements management, focusing on sustainable and long-term solutions.

As a systems engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize complex systems with a focus on safety, availability, integration, and system design. You will be involved in the entire system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to verification, qualification, and operation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve system solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure that systems meet technical specifications, standards, and external regulations.
• Be responsible for system integration, validation, verification, and requirements closure.
• Support and guide colleagues throughout the development process.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks and make informed decisions based on system analysis and data.

Your Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep technical understanding of system development, integration, availability, and security.
• Experience working with complex system solutions and system models.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, system architecture, and validation.
• Experience using modern development methods and processes.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
