Your Role

As an ILS Engineer at Saab Dynamics, you will work with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within our development department. You will participate in various development projects, ensuring that the system operates smoothly and is easy to maintain throughout its lifecycle. The goal is to create sustainable, user-friendly systems that require minimal maintenance, thereby reducing costs. Our systems are used by armed forces around the world and contribute to global stability.

You will work closely with other experts in the company to develop optimal solutions that balance high quality with low costs throughout the system's lifecycle. Your future colleagues come from diverse backgrounds and possess broad expertise. Your task is to ensure that the systems are as user-friendly as possible and to understand how they are best utilized.

You will also work on continuously improving our processes and methods, and you may take on a leadership role in certain teams.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical and has the ability to see the big picture. You want to understand the customer's needs and perspectives, and you strive to continuously develop in your field and the products you work with.

Requirements:

• Technical education (at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent)
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Several years of work experience in ILS, maintenance engineering, production engineering, or similar areas

Meritorious:

• Responsibility for technical systems
• Experience in project management
• Understanding of the Armed Forces' organization and systems
• Knowledge of packaging and labeling
• Experience in analytical work in any of the following areas:
• Availability
• Reliability
• Testability
• Usability
• Life Cycle Cost
