RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and manage cases and solutions in the case management system.
• Handle incoming IT-related issues from users via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT problems (e.g., network errors, user accounts, password resets).
• Escalate complex issues to the IT manager.
• Administer support systems across the organization.
• Documentation for follow-up and knowledge sharing.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Active Directory, users, and computers.
• Basic knowledge of networks.
• Microsoft Office 365.
