QUALIFICATIONS

• You have at least 7 years of work experience in test management. You have a passion for testing and believe that testing is an activity for everyone in the team rather than for one role.
• You are accustomed to working in development projects according to processes and methods. You also have experience with complex system solutions.
• You are communicative and have good collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English and can use both languages in your daily work (verbally and in writing).

PREFERABLE

• You have several years of experience working with software requirements management.
• You have experience working with testing in agile IT environments.
• You have experience with programming languages such as Java or Python.
• You have ISTQB certification.
