About the company Siemens Energy develops and manufactures world-leading gas turbines for a global market. The company also delivers complete turbine-based power plants for long-term sustainable and cost-effective production of electricity, steam, and heat. The turbines are also sold as power sources for compressors and pumps, primarily within the oil and gas industry. A comprehensive service organization covers all delivered products and plant systems. Your responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business operations and IT, where you analyze needs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of innovative technical solutions. If you have a passion for combining business insights with IT solutions and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you! -Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into technical specifications. -Collaborate with IT teams and business units to develop and implement system solutions. -Perform analyses of data flows and business processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies. -Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support data-driven decisions. -Contribute to system integrations and ensure that solutions are scalable and future-proof. -Act as a point of contact between technical and non-technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.

Your profile -You have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field -You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -You are proactive and driven in your own work -You have good knowledge of Excel -It is an advantage if you have experience/knowledge of software design, programming, user experience analysis, JIRA, and DevOps.
