About the Position

This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment as well as recruitment to Telia in the long term.

Responsibilities

As a support employee, you are responsible for the first contact with Telia's private customers. Through incoming calls, you assist customers with technical questions, primarily regarding broadband and telephony. You listen to the customer's needs and inform them about Telia's service offerings to deliver the best solution. Thus, upselling becomes a natural part of the conversation, where the goal is to achieve good service and high customer satisfaction. You work towards set goals and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system.

At the start, you will receive thorough training together with your team, where you will get all the tools to feel secure in your role. You will have a continuous dialogue with your immediate manager to receive support in your daily work and take the next step in your development.

• Answer incoming calls from customers

• Find solutions to customer questions and problems

• Upselling by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that fit customers' needs

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Completed high school education

• Very good sense of service

• Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English

• Experience in customer service is an advantage
