My name is Jack Norlin, and I am responsible for the Norr region in Telia's retail operations. We are now looking for a sales-oriented Store Leader for our store in L. This is an opportunity for you who want to strengthen our team, and for the right person, this is a golden chance to show what you can do.

Your next challenge?

As a Store Leader, you will lead and be responsible for the daily operations of the store.

I am not looking for an administrative manager; I want a leader who is passionate about developing others, loves sales, and is happy to be on the sales floor themselves. Having a great time at work together is crucial for success! Your most important goals will be in sales, customer experience, and staff development.

You are also part of the development of Region Norr in a group with several other Store Leaders. Our management team has a high ceiling and loves to win. Together, we inspire each other to try new paths, share tips, and celebrate each other's successes.

And who are you?

The role of Store Leader is demanding. You will be responsible for the store's sales targets, customer experience, inventory, and most importantly, the staff. I expect you to actively work with coaching and be present in the store with your team; being a lively and present leader is essential. This means participating in daily operations, such as selling, meeting customers, taking inventory, or rearranging displays, all to ensure the store runs smoothly. You are expected to sell through customer meetings in-store, incoming calls, telemarketing activities, and other sales activities.

To succeed as a Store Leader with us, I see that you must have the ability to prioritize and plan. Previous leadership experience and a couple of years of sales experience are advantageous.
