Bilbolaget has been around since 1932 and operates in a variety of areas within car ownership. We are Northern Sweden's leading dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Ford, as well as used cars, selling a total of 9,000 cars per year. We sell passenger cars and commercial vehicles, have a rental car business, workshops, tire hotels, offer refueling and washing, and have well-stocked auto parts stores. Bilbolaget has about 490 employees and is located in 15 locations in Northern Sweden.

As a salesperson with us, you will be part of an engaged team where you collectively are responsible for providing customers with the best possible service and helping them find the right car based on their needs. Satisfied customers are what we are passionate about!

We are looking for a salesperson with a particular focus on Ford, where the work will primarily involve the sale of light commercial vehicles, but also new Ford passenger cars. In addition, you will also work with the sale of used cars and become part of our close-knit sales team.

As a salesperson in our team, your main tasks will include:

• Sales of light commercial vehicles, as well as new and used passenger cars
• Actively working with outreach activities
• Planning and participating in customer meetings and marketing activities
• Sales of the company's services such as service agreements and Volvo cards

To fit in with us, it is important that you enjoy building relationships with people and are driven by working towards goals. You likely have a strong personal commitment and high ambitions. We would prefer that you have previous sales experience. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

The position is a permanent employment with a start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
