To meet the needs of the business, the Contract Management department will form two new divisions. We are therefore looking for two division managers distributed across the following departments:

Division Manager Operational Contract Management

Division Manager Project Contract Management and Support

Together, these will be responsible for compiling requirements and needs from the entire company to ensure appropriate agreements. We provide strategic and tactical governance and uniform management of our supplier agreements. The operations conduct overall analyses, development, and follow-up to ensure compliance with agreements, create opportunities, educate, digitalize, and support the business in becoming an even better professional buyer.

Included in the role are tasks such as:

• Keeping track of the supplier market to ensure that we procure correctly and receive the delivery we want in collaboration with project implementation and purchasing.
• Keeping current contract documents available internally and externally.
• Maintaining an up-to-date contract register.

The respective areas of responsibility for the divisions will be determined by the agreements and functions that belong to the operations supported by the division. The new divisions will be distributed among 12 and 8 employees, primarily located in Solna, Luleå, and Trollhättan.

As a Division Manager, you will inspire and engage our employees within your area of responsibility and ensure that set goals are met. In your role, you and your colleagues will create the conditions for our success by working towards common company and unit goals. The position suits you if you see all employees and enjoy handling challenges at the intersection of supplier, customer, and society.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Lead the division and be the direct manager for 8 and 12 employees respectively.
• Ensure that the processes and routines we have for how we procure and manage supplier agreements are followed.
• Lead and drive the division and develop employees while working with the process department to improve work methods.
• Be responsible for maintaining dialogue with the rest of the business so that we can contribute to them within our area of responsibility, as well as maintain dialogue with and monitor our supplier market.
• You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
• Ensure effective resource utilization and collaboration both within and outside the division.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience through work with similar issues in the energy or contracting industry. If you have experience leading similar operations either on the client side or the contractor side, that is an advantage. You need to have leadership experience from previous managerial positions or equivalent experience that we consider comparable.

You are driven to develop both people and work methods and have the ability to inspire and help your employees grow and feel engaged in the change work together with colleagues within the company. For this position, you need to be solution-oriented and creative as well as proactive.

You will have many contacts with both internal and external parties, which is why the ability and willingness to collaborate, influence, and contribute to the development of the business are important. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills both in written and oral presentations and feel comfortable addressing questions from our partners. To effectively convey your decisions and business challenges, you have the ability to create presentations and reports in both Swedish and English.
