About the Sales Position
We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers in Boden with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in our new facilities. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.
With our launch in Boden, we are seeking driven, curious, and engaged salespeople. This will be a flexible role involving all the tasks that occur in a store, but also being the face of Ahlsell in Boden. You are expected to take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of our journey to develop both sales and working methods. As a salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring they leave us with fantastic service and the best products for their needs.
In our new facility in Boden, you will help develop Ahlsell's business from the ground up. Together with experienced and committed colleagues, you will complement efforts to build relationships with both new and existing customers.

To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. Your background may vary, but we prefer that you are generally technically knowledgeable and have experience in a similar role.
We place great emphasis on personality, but it is advantageous if you are used to working independently, taking the initiative to develop the business, and driving activities and collaboration forward.
